Country Programme Action Plan (CPAP)

The UNDP Country Programme Action Plan (CPAP) is a five-year framework defining the mutual cooperation between the Government of Kuwait and UNDP Kuwait covering the period of the country programme (2009-2012). It is the action plan that details the specific programmes planned to address the national priorities and the related outcomes as outlined in the CPD. The CPAP also defines the broad outlines of the goals that the Government of Kuwait and UNDP jointly subscribe to, within the agreed financial parameters.

The CPAP is currently under development and expected to be finalized and signed by the Government of Kuwait and UNDP during the forth quarter of 2008.
