In pursuit of the Millennium Development Goal of achieving universal primary education, this project was initiated to ensure that long term, cost effective, attainable and financially sustainable strategies are formulated to provide services and tools for the development of the Special Needs Community in Kuwait in order for them to achieve their full potential.
