This project aims to work towards strengthening the institutional performance of the Environmental Public Authority (EPA) to enable it to meet its mandate and obligations through the development of an optimal organisational structure; upgrading policies and standards to ensure an efficient workflow; and setting the road map for an advocacy and awareness raising campaign for decision makers in the public and private sectors.
